            1 cup butter (softened)
            2/3 cup granulated sugar
            1/4 tsp salt
            2 egg yolks
            2 3/4 cups all-purpose wheat flour
            Sugar Icing
           Strawberry Jam

How to make heart shaped cookies stuffed with strawberry jam

          1. Mix butter and sugar together. Add salt and egg yolks and mix until it becomes creamy and yellow. Divide the all purpose flour into 3 rounds and knead until it becomes a dough. Cover with plastic preservation. Refrigerate for 30 minutes-1 hour or overnight.

          2. Remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator. Knead the dough sheet out to about 1/4 inch thick. We will make a sandwich cookie. Start with the top of the cookie sheet. Use a large heart-shaped cookie sheet. In the middle there is a hole as well. For bottom cookies, use a large heart shaped cookie sheet. Press the cookie dough sheet over only.

          3. Put the heart shaped cookies in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are cooked.

          4. Remove the cookies to loosen. hot Put the upper and lower cookies together. Sprinkle icing sugar over the outer edge of the heart. Spoon the jam into the center with a hole ready to serve.
